How to clean waist trainer or vest?

DO NOT MACHINE WASH!

DO NOT MACHINE DRY!

Hand wash your belt using a sponge, soap and luke warm water.

Use a mild soap/gentle detergent on the inside of the belt. Scrub the inside and only wipe down the outside of the belt.

Allow your belt/vest to air dry before wearing again.
