Shipping Policy

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY...

• All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, DHL
• Thicckk Fit is not responsible for any lost or stolen or damaged packages. Customers must select to add additional insurance via USPS or UPS to insure your package is covered over the standard $50.00 limit (USPS) or $100.00 limit (UPS).
• If your package is not received, but the package shows delivered, please contact your local USPS or UPS store or DHL. A non-receipt of a package must be reported within 30 days of purchase date.
• Incorrect Address- Thicckk Fit is not responsible for entering customers addresses. If a customer places an order and enters an incorrect address and contacts Thicckk Fit before the package is shipped, the order will be canceled.
• If you place an order and provide Thicckk Fit with the incorrect address and your package is shipped, and returned to Thicckk Fit due to incorrect address, the customer is responsible to pay a reshipping fee, to have the item reshipped to the correct address. The original returned package will be sent within 3 business days of customer paying the reshipping fee. If the customer does not pay the reshipping fee for a returned package, the item is the property of Thicckk Fit, with no refund issued. 
• Order Cancellations-Once your order is placed it cannot be cancelled, please be sure your select the correct size and insure that your address is correct.
• INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING7-21 business days (shipping)  from ship date, not order date. International customers are responsible for all fees and taxes imposed by customs. Delivery times frame are an estimate, Thicckk Fit does not guarantee delivery dates.
